C42300 High performance copper alloy introduction
C42300 belongs to a multi mechanism synergistic strengthening alloy, which precipitates precipitates in the Cu Sn Zn solid solution matrix through heat treatment to improve the overall performance of the alloy. Its stress relaxation resistance is superior to ordinary pure deformation strengthening alloys, with excellent bending performance, good strength, and good conductivity; This material is not sensitive to stress corrosion cracking and is a highly conductive alternative material to phosphorus bronze.
